Digital Voting Machine
I built an electronic voting prototype that brings NID-card scanning and voter verification into the same voting workflow.

About this project
I wanted to explore how electronics could bring voter identification and the voting stage together in one system. In this project, an NID card is scanned first, and the identification stage determines whether the voter can move on to voting. That sequence is the main idea behind the prototype.
What interested me was the connection between the stages, rather than the voting buttons alone. Reading an input, making a verification decision and then enabling the next action gave me a practical way to think about control logic in an embedded system.
The project helped me connect a real-world process with the electronics needed to represent it. It is an educational prototype for studying that workflow, not a certified election platform or a claim of production-level identity security.
What it does
- NID-card scanning as the identification input
- Voter verification before the voting stage
- A coordinated identification-to-voting workflow
- An educational application of embedded control logic
